I'm reading this book called Articles of the Federation. Its a Star Trek book centered around the Federation President. It's a good read so far. I was wondering if anyone has read anything good lately? Fiction, non-fiction doesn't really matter.

I have recently finished a series of books by Harry Turtledove, he writes alternative history. In this particular series he writes as though the south won their independence from the north and how history would have likely played out in this very different aftermath. The first book is called "How Few Remain".

I thought it was a bit strange given my background but good no less.

I've started reading a bunch of books that take place after DS9 ended, that center around Jake going to the wormhole, a new first officer, etc. They have been around a while, but they are making for some interesting reads. I finished the first 5 books, that were put together under a title of "Twist of Fate", in 2 weeks, and have ordered the next three books in the series.
While I'm waiting for those, I'm reading "A Stitch in Time" by Andrew Robinson(Garek) and I'm fairly impressed with it so far. I'm taking this one slower since I won't get the other books for a week or so...
